This is a modern day and more comprehensive equivalent to André L. Simon’s Bibliotheca Vinaria and is a fantastic book to own if you are interested in building a collection of books about wine as it lists over 3,200 of them.
This is a very high quality publication by Bacchus Press.
A revised and enlarged edition was published in 2003 but I prefer this edition.

This is a very useful guide to mid-range wines, including second wines from major producers in most wine producing regions of the world.
Unfortunately there is little or no mention of specific vintages but as a rough guide to which labels to look out for it is about as good a reference as I have found for this sector of the market.
